At PacRes Mortgage, I grew from Graphic Designer to Lead Graphic Designer. After being handed a new logo and color direction, I authored a 36-page brand guidelines document from scratch, then owned the full rollout: redesigning all existing collateral and building 40+ flyer templates, folded brochures, banners, event materials and promotional items. I also managed corporate signage and trade show materials through vendor production.
